Home Furnishings Sales & Design Consultant Rite At Home Atlanta Furniture – Atlanta, GA Rite At Home Atlanta Furniture is growing—and we’re looking for a motivated, design-savvy Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. Our newly built 6,000 sq ft showroom (with a rooftop!) opened Summer 2025, offering an inspiring space where you’ll help customers create beautiful, functional homes. As a key member of our showroom team, you’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience, guide clients through furniture and design selections, and drive sales using our proven selling model. With access to over 200+ manufacturers and complimentary design services at The Design Bar, you’ll have everything you need to bring client visions to life. What You’ll Do Meet monthly sales and productivity goals Prepare, Present and Sale Mood Boards to Clients Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-up Maintain expert product knowledge across our extensive selection Use our selling model to close transactions and maximize results Support daily showroom operations, opening/closing duties, and system accuracy Collaborate with a positive, community-minded team What We’re Looking For 3+ years of furniture sales experience (required) Minimum of 2 years interior design experience Strong sales skills is a must and a natural eye for design Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational abilities Professional, customer-focused demeanor Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings/weekends/holidays Compensation $50,000-$52,000 base Tiered UNLIMITED 3% commission on sales goal overage Monthly incentives & quarterly bonuses Competitive earning potential Benefits Exceptional advancement opportunities Generous employee discount Supportive, design-driven work environment If you’re results-driven, passionate about interiors, and ready to grow with a dynamic local brand, we’d love to meet you.
