Interior Design/Experience Leader

Outgoing, detailed, customer focused individual to guide our buyers through the pre-construction process. This position requires a unique skill set, supporting our sales team, leading our buyers through selections in our world class Design Studio, partnering on local marketing initiatives, & ensuring an amazing experience. This position is the intersection of design, sales, and marketing generating excitement for the customer and local office. Outcomes: • KPI – Ensures the customer experience by maintaining consistent communication throughout the building process. • KPI – Conducts design appointments no less than 45 days prior to breaking ground. • KPI – Ensures all sales reporting is accurate by maintaining data entry. • KPI – Tracks buyer journey through weekly posts Competencies: • 3-5 years customer service experience preferred. • Be a strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills. • Be a strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Be goal-driven, a life-long learner, and possess a natural sense of urgency. • High level of professionalism in both demeanor and appearance.
