We’re growing fast and looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to own and grow our market presence. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, creative, and customer-focused Residential Design & Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through the design and selection process for pre-sale cosmetic home update projects. This role combines interior design expertise with consultative sales, helping clients transform their homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion. The ideal candidate has a passion for residential design, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with homeowners while confidently presenting design solutions and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Design Meet with homeowners to understand their home sale goals and budget. Develop neutral interior design concepts that appeal to new home buyers. Make design recommendations to clients, including: Flooring Paint colors Countertops Lighting Plumbing fixtures Stay current on design trends, materials, and product innovations. Sales & Business Development Build relationships with relator to drive leads Conduct in-home consultations. Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals. Present recommendations with confidence and enthusiasm. Build value in design services and renovation solutions. Follow up with prospective clients to convert opportunities into sales. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Generate referrals and maintain strong real estate agent relationships. Project Coordination Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed. In conjunction with the HOMEstretch team, coordinate material selections and product ordering. Assist in resolving design-related questions during construction. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in residential interior design, remodeling, or related sales. Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling is preferred. Understanding of color theory and interior finishes. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM software; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
