Sales & Design Consultant Join the Tile Collection Team The Tile Collection is one of the Charlotte area’s leading destinations for premium tile, countertops, and home design. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Design Consultant who enjoys helping homeowners bring their vision to life while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is more than a sales position—it’s an opportunity to build lasting relationships, create beautiful spaces, and guide clients from inspiration to project completion. What You’ll Do ● Consult with homeowners on tile, countertops, and design selections. ● Create estimates and guide clients through the entire remodeling process. ● Coordinate project details to ensure a smooth customer experience. ● Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and service. ● Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. What We’re Looking For ● Sales and/or interior design experience preferred. ● Strong communication and customer service skills. ● Comfortable with computers, basic math, and multitasking. ● Professional appearance and positive attitude. ● Self-motivated with a passion for design and helping people. ● Ability to work every Saturday (with Sunday and one weekday off).
