Our Tucson showroom is an established and growing destination for homeowners, builders, architects, and designers seeking thoughtful, high-end cabinetry and interior solutions. We are looking for a talented Designer / Salesperson who is passionate about design, driven by relationships, and energized by helping clients bring their vision to life.
What You'll Do
Guide clients through the entire design and sales process, from initial consultation to project completion.
Create innovative interior designs for kitchens, baths, and whole-home cabinetry designs.
Develop conceptual designs, specifications, and proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, architects, and interior designers.
Collaborate closely with project managers and operation teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Consistently generate sales while delivering exceptional service and design excellence.
What We're Looking For
Experience in interior design, cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, architecture, and/or related residential construction sales. 5+ years preferred.
Ability to form lasting relationships, and be a client's partner, guide, and listener.
Passion about interior design, and willingness to be involved in the industry.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving mindset.
Positive, collaborative attitude and team-first mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
Bonus Qualifications
NKBA, ASID, NCIDQ certification or related design credentials.
Experience working with luxury, custom, or semi-custom cabinetry brands.
Existing relationships within the Tucson design/build community.
Experience with showroom sales environments.
