Interior Designer/Drafter

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Interior designer to join our firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual designs into renderings, plans, and physical models. This position requires proficiency in various drafting software and an understanding of architectural principles. The Architectural Designer/ Drafter will collaborate closely with the architect to ensure that projects are executed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit, Chief Architect, CAD. Collaborate with architect to create renderings and drawings. Prepare construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and details. Review and modify existing drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations by providing visual aids. Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation. Requirements Proficiency in Rendering softwares (Enscape or V-Ray) Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and practices. Experience in graphic design or interior design is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
