As we expand, we're inviting a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role begins as an internship, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position. The successful candidate will support our development team through all project phases, from planning to execution and delivery. Key qualifications include strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a genuine interest in real estate development.
We welcome recent graduates, offering OPT sponsorship, especially those with experience in construction, project management, or architecture-related fields. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance to our office and be committed to collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or entry-level professionals with related backgrounds.
• Work experience in related role preferred
• Mandarin & English Proficiency required
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative thinker with an eye for color, texture, and detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
• Develop innovative interior design concepts for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and public areas.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, and renderings to present design ideas to clients.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications, encompassing layouts, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings.
• Plan and execute luxury home staging projects to enhance property appeal for potential buyers.
• Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories tailored to each property's unique characteristics.
• Oversee 2-6 installations weekly, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin and English-speaking clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Present design proposals and staging plans clearly and professionally.
• Develop innovative interior design concepts for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and public areas.

Employment Eligibility
