Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer I with three or more years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Certification as a licensed professional is preferred, but not required. The Interior Designer I will support the design of interior spaces, focusing on conceptual development, furniture and equipment planning, and the integration of structural, mechanical, and visual elements. This role involves contributing to innovative design solutions and executing assignments with a high degree of creativity and technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Create architectural concepts for interior projects, including space planning, furniture layout, equipment placement, and specialized design concepts to meet project requirements.
• Technical Integration: Coordinate the integration of structural components, mechanical systems, and electrical requirements into interior design concepts, ensuring cohesion with architectural and engineering teams.
• Material Selection: Develop visual design concepts through thoughtful selection of materials, finishes, and design components, aligned with client goals and project requirements.
• Site and Space Analysis: Conduct detailed floor plan analysis, assess building conditions, and ensure the incorporation of functional design solutions based on spatial and environmental needs.
• Problem Solving: Address unique project challenges by developing new or refined design techniques to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Documentation and Quality Control: Produce clear and accurate design documentation, ensuring all elements align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure project alignment with client vision and expectations
