Interior Designer - Hospitality

Hospitality Design | Phoenix, Arizona Hale Collective is a boutique hospitality design studio creating restaurants, bars, hotels, and entertainment environments rooted in experience, storytelling, and atmosphere. Our work blends thoughtful concept development with highly detailed execution to create spaces that feel layered, memorable, and authentic. We are seeking an Interior Designer with a strong creative perspective and technical proficiency to join our growing studio. As a boutique studio, you will join a team that works closely and collaboratively across all aspects of a project. Designers are given meaningful ownership, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute creatively and strategically throughout the process. Responsibilities Balance multiple hospitality projects through all phases of design and execution Develop concepts, presentations, finish palettes, and FF&E selections Produce detailed drawing sets and project documentation in Revit Assist with material sourcing, specifications, vendor coordination, and design research Coordinate with consultants, fabricators, contractors, and project partners Participate in design presentations, client meetings, and site visits Contribute to a thoughtful, design-driven studio culture Stay abreast of design trends and integrate innovative products into projects Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional interior design/architectural experience Hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred Proficiency in Revit & Adobe Creative Suite required Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and project coordination Knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and fabrication processes Understanding of building and ADA codes Strong graphic presentation and visual communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field Who You Are Design-driven with a refined aesthetic sensibility Both creative and technically rigorous Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated Passionate about hospitality and experiential environments Comfortable working within a highly engaged, fast-moving studio setting Excited by the opportunity to grow within a close-knit creative team What We Offer Boutique, collaborative studio culture Opportunity to work on highly creative hospitality environments Direct involvement with leadership, clients, and project teams Exposure to all phases of design and execution Hybrid work schedule with company laptop + work-from-home flexibility Competitive salary based on experience Paid holidays, sick time and a generous PTO policy Health benefits + HSA option 401(k) option Opportunities for professional growth and development To Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio to hello@hale-collective.com Portfolio showcasing diverse and creative projects with technical knowledge is required.
