Interior Designer – High-End Residential (Hawaii) We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team specializing in luxury residential homes . This role is ideal for a designer who understands refined, timeless interiors and excels at managing sophisticated projects from concept through completion. About the Role You will lead full-service interior design projects for high-end private residences, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver exceptional results that reflect both luxury and a strong sense of place. Responsibilities Lead residential projects from initial concept and programming through installation. Develop interiors that reflect elevated aesthetics, thoughtful detail, and island-appropriate design. Create and present design concepts, FF&E schemes, space plans, and material selections. Manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence. Prepare drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with architects, builders, craftspeople, and vendors. Oversee ordering, tracking, and installation of furnishings and finishes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Qualifications 5+ years of professional interior design experience , with a strong focus on high-end or luxury residential projects Proven experience managing projects independently. Excellent design sensibility and diligence Strong knowledge of custom furnishings, materials, finishes, and high-end vendors Proficiency in industry software (AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch up or Revit, Chief Architect or similar) Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of projects. Experience working in Hawaii or similar coastal/remote markets is a plus.
