Interior Designer - Furnishings, Styling & Client Selections

Our growing interior design and construction firm is seeking a talented Interior Designer with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that exceed client expectations. We are looking for a highly creative individual with strong design instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, including custom homes, renovations, furnishings, staging, and short-term rental properties. Education/Experience 5 years full time interior design experienceDegree in Interior designCreative Responsibilities Develop design concepts and overall project visionCreate mood boards, finish palettes, and presentationsSelect furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, and finishesAssist clients with selections for new construction and renovationsStage homes and create model-home presentationsDesign short-term rental interiors and furnishings packagesSource unique products and develop vendor relationshipsStay current on design trends, materials, and furnishingsWindow treatment design, specifications, and ordering skillsSkills Exceptional design eye and creativityStrong understanding of color, scale, proportion, and space planningResidential design experienceExcellent client presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with lead designer and project teamStrong organizational and follow-up skills, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Houzz Pro, or similar visualization toolsWorking knowledge of CAD software a plusAbility to communicate design intent through sketches, presentations, and design softwareJob Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time offApplication Question(s): Ability to work at our location full timeDo you have Sketch Up Experience?Do you have staging experience?Education: Bachelor's (Required)Experience: Interior Design: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
