We are seeking an Interior Designer who understands that great interiors are the result of rigor, not trend. This role is for someone who values materials, proportion, and execution as much as aesthetics, and who takes ownership of their work from concept through installation.

Responsibilities
Source and curate furniture, lighting, materials, art, and accessories for luxury environments
Develop custom furniture and lighting concepts aligned with design intent
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors with clarity and accountability
Manage FF&E schedules, budgets and procurement workflows with precision
Manage procurement processes including sourcing products, overseeing ordering schedules, and ensuring timely delivery
Review shop drawings, samples, and strike-offs to protect design integrity
Support installations and resolve issues proactively
Experience
Proven experience in interior design
4+ years in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors
Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, and premium vendors
Experience with FF&A sourcing and coordination
Proficiency in a variety of software platforms, such as: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and other relevant drafting or visualization tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
Bespoke furniture or lighting design
Familiarity procurement software - Spexx and Exxpedite
