Based in the Fort Wayne region, you will lead design concepts, collaborate with BD, Sales, Operations, and trade partners, and deliver cohesive, buildable solutions that reflect Custer’s standards. You will develop architectural drawings, ensure codes and life-safety standards, manage multiple projects, and participate in client meetings and design sessions.
