What You'll Do As an Interior Designer & Furniture Sales Consultant, you will: Partner with clients to create personalized, functional, and beautiful living spacesProvide expert guidance on furniture, fabrics, finishes, layouts, and home décor selectionsDevelop customized design solutions that align with each client's style, needs, and budgetBuild long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-upAchieve and exceed individual sales and showroom performance goalsStay informed on interior design trends, furniture collections, and industry best practicesCollaborate with showroom leadership and fellow design consultantsMaintain an inspiring, welcoming, and organized showroom environmentQualifications Required Proven success in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environmentStrong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsPassion for interior design, furniture, home décor, fashion, or lifestyle productsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesComfortable using computers, POS systems, and digital toolsAbility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekendsPreferred Experience in interior design, furniture sales, home furnishings, luxury retail, or design consultingBackground in consultative sales or commission-based sales environmentsInterior design education, certification, or related courseworkKnowledge of residential space planning and furniture layout designDon't meet every qualification?
