Interior Designer – Gpac – San Antonio, TX We are looking for an Interior Designer with start‑to‑finish project experience seeking growth and a leadership role. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design. 5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects with emphasis on interior design. Architectural license required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferred. Experience in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, municipal/government projects preferred. Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation. Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment. Proactive written and verbal communication skills. Ability to support both management and design by integrating design requirements with architecture. LEED accreditation is an asset. NCIDQ accreditation preferred. Responsibilities Responsible for start‑to‑finish project management. Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs. Define project requirements and develop design criteria. Schedule, estimate, budget and plan to complete projects – drawings, models, images, material specifications. Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects. Professional client development skills. Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally. Compensation $70,000–$110,000 (negotiable based on experience).
