Interior Designer II Our Architecture and Interiors Team is actively seeking an Interior Designer II in either our Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC, or Charlotte, NC office. We're looking for an experienced Interior Designer who is ready to be an instrumental part of our team, supporting not just Carolinas, but other offices across our footprint throughout the southeast. Essential functions and responsibilities include: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of industry best practices, ADA codes, building materials, and construction detailing Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and coordinate schedules effectively Experience performing QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and accuracy Strong team leadership and collaboration skills Willingness to support interior design efforts locally, regionally, and across the firm Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited four-year college or university NCIDQ certification or equivalent required 8+ years of interior design experience preferred Demonstrated expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, and installation Strong communicati
