Interior Designer We are looking to hire a motivated and passionate interior designer to work as an integral part of our dynamic design team... Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Ability to effectively manage projects and communicate with clients and industry partners. Design and create RCPs, electrical, tile, and furniture plan drawing in AutoCAD. Create original, marketable furniture plan designs and selections. Produce and organize client design presentations. Facilitate and lead client meetings. Work with architects, general contractors, and subcontractors on all construction and design-related items. Partner with purchasing expeditor during ordering process. On-site furnishings installation coordination Requirements Include: Degree from A CIDA-FIDER accredited interior design program. Direct residential interior design experience. Exceptional portfolio of residential design work. Proficiency in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture, finish selections, and specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office suite Experience with all phases of the interior design and decorating processes Must have excellent time-management skills, and verbal and written communication skills Must be creative, self-motivated, and extremely well-organized Pleasant personality and eager to learn!
