Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and innovative Interior Designer to bring inspiring spaces to life through creative vision, technical expertise, and meticulous project management. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential projects, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting designCreate detailed drawings and presentations using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino3D, and 3ds Max to visualize design ideas effectivelyProduce high-quality renderings and 3D models to communicate design intent clearly to clients and project teamsPrepare construction detail documentation and specifications that meet building code compliance and safety standardsManage multiple design projects simultaneously by coordinating timelines, budgets, and client expectationsConduct building code analysis and ensure all designs adhere to local regulations and accessibility standardsCollaborate with clients through regular communication to refine designs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback seamlesslyRequirements Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing residential interior projectsProficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam for drafting, presentations, and graphic designSkilled in 3D modeling for architectural visualization using tools like 3ds Max or Rhino3DKnowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project coordinationStrong understanding of construction detail documentation and renovation processesAbility to analyze building codes and ensure building code compliance throughout all phases of designExcellent client communication skills with a proactive approach to managing design projects from concept through completionFamiliarity with lighting sales, lighting design principles, color theory, and remodeling processes is preferredDemonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectivelyJoin our team as an Interior Designer where your creativity meets technical mastery!
