About this role

Job Description: We are seeking an Interior Designer with 3-8 years of experience to support projects from initial design through construction completion. In this role, you will help evaluate and solve design challenges across a variety of project types while collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project success. This position offers the opportunity to work on highly technical and design-focused projects across high-tech campuses, government facilities, industrial environments, laboratories, clean rooms, and corporate office spaces. With the majority of current work centered on industrial and office projects, the role requires both strong design skills and technical problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: Develop detailed interior design concepts and solutionsAssist in establishing project design criteria and functional requirementsContribute to interior design project teams through all project phasesCoordinate with clients, consultants, partners, and internal team membersSupport project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesCreate high-quality digital presentations and design storytelling materialsHelp develop creative and effective design solutions across a variety of project typesParticipate in client meetings, site visits, and project coordination effortsManage multiple projects simultaneously, depending on scope and complexityQualifications: Must Have 3-8 years of professional interior design experienceBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related fieldExperience working on commercial or comparable project typesProficiency in RevitAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with IBC and accessibility codesNice to Have NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing licensureCommercial interior design experienceExperience with industrial, laboratory, clean room, office, or high-tech projectsExperience participating in client presentations and consultant coordinationPrevious experience mentoring junior team members or internsStrong graphic design, visualization, and presentation skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lakewood, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
