Responsibilities Oversee design process from kickoff to completion, collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members.Develop finish palettes, select FF&A, and create detailed interior construction documents using AutoCAD.Maintain accuracy and artistry in design and documentation, producing presentation materials.Visit construction sites and vendor showrooms, review shop drawings, and coordinate with stakeholders.Present designs to clients, build trusting relationships, and lead project teams effectively. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with at least 4 years in luxury residential new construction.Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design; NCIDQ certification preferred.Strong design aesthetic aligned with the firm’s style, proficiency in AutoCAD LT, Adobe InDesign, and familiarity with Photoshop and Studio Designer (a plus).Excellent communication, leadership, delegation, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Key Duties: Leading design, developing concepts, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing workflow, and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional luxury residential interiors.
