Interior Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer who loves the creative side of design and enjoys bringing someone else’s vision to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, has an exceptional eye for aesthetics, and enjoys sourcing, space planning, and coordinating all the details that make a project exceptional. Rather than leading client relationships, you’ll work closely with our lead designer to support multiple residential projects from concept through completion. If you’re organized, collaborative, easygoing, and passionate about beautiful design, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Support the Lead Designer throughout all phases of the design process. Source furniture, lighting, plumbing, tile, finishes, textiles, artwork, and décor. Create design presentations, mood boards, finish palettes, and specification packages. Assist with space planning, furniture layouts, and design development. Prepare drawings, schedules, and design documentation. Research new products, vendors, and design trends. Coordinate pricing, lead times, and product availability with vendors. Help manage purchasing, tracking, and installation logistics. Maintain organized project files, material libraries, and product databases. Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure projects are executed as intended. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of residential interior design experience. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Chief Architect, or similar programs. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail. Exceptional sourcing abilities with a refined eye for furnishings, materials, and finishes. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Lead Designer. Collaborative, humble, and eager to contribute to a shared creative vision. Positive, easygoing personality with a strong work ethic. Passion for timeless, elevated residential design.
