Interior Designer

As an Experienced Interior Designer, you will work with the interior design team and architects to design thoughtful and inspiring spaces for our clients. This role is for someone with deep technical knowledge, strong design instincts, and the desire to collaborate and always continue learning. Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from programming and concept through construction administrationCollaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into thoughtful environmentsDevelop interior concepts, interior renderings, material selections, furniture specifications, and presentationsCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design processPrepare and oversee high-quality construction documents and specifications using Revit Qualifications 10+ years of professional interior design experienceBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture NCIDQ certification preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)Strong proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe SuiteExperience leading projects through all phases of design and constructionKnowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, construction detailing, and specificationsExcellent communication skills with clients, consultants, and teammates Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
