Interior Designer

We’re looking to hire an experienced interior designer to work closely with our clients under the direction of owner and principal designer Ali Henrie. Responsibilities Undertake design project from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule during the initial consult Set costs and project fees according to budget Research and decide on materials and product sourcing Produce design boards Ability to do CAD drawings and elevations Work closely with other designers, architects and contractors Be up to date on the latest trends and happenings in the design industry Skills At least 2 years of residential interior design experience (consultations, renovations, space planning and/or new construction) Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Must have skills in a rendering software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit or Chief Architect Excellent portfolio of previous works Self Motivated and able to lead a project Communication and presentation skills Project management skills Ability to work within a budget Organizational skills and a good attitude Good work ethic Benefits: Competitive Pay PTO 401(k) Bonuses Healthcare Reimbursement This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) paid at an hourly rate.
