Interior Designer

ODM Construction is hiring a Residential Interior Designer We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and help bring our clients’ homes to life. This role is perfect for someone who understands design, materials, layouts, and the remodeling process — and can help clients feel confident from concept to final selection. Responsibilities Help clients with design direction and material selectionsCreate mood boards, finish schedules, and design presentationsAssist with kitchens, bathrooms, full remodels, additions, and new construction projectsCoordinate with our construction team, vendors, and clientsHelp select tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, paint, lighting, and finishesSupport 3D renderings, layouts, and design documentationKeep selections organized and aligned with project budgets and timelinesWhat We’re Looking For Experience in interior design, remodeling, or construction designStrong eye for clean, timeless, high-end designOrganized, professional, and comfortable working with clientsKnowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailsAbility to work with a team and communicate clearlyExperience with design software is a mustExperience Required Minnium: 3 YearsLocation Agoura Hills / Westlake Village / Ventura & Los Angeles County projects How to Apply Send your resume, portfolio, and a short introduction to: oscar@odmconstructio.com Pay: $56,169.11 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
