Interior Designer Position Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, coordinating projects from conception through completion, and collaborating with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, presentations, and space planning layoutsPrepare design drawings, specifications, and material selectionsCoordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycleManage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and budgetsSource furniture, finishes, lighting, and materialsConduct site visits and oversee installation progressEnsure projects meet client expectations, building codes, and design standardsCreate mood boards, renderings, and presentations for client reviewAssist with project documentation and construction administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred3+ years of interior design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design softwareStrong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&EExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNCIDQ certification preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
Commercial, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or residential project experienceExperience working with architects, general contractors, and consultantsKnowledge of construction documentation and specifications
