If this sounds like the type of environment where you would thrive, we’d love to hear from you. interior designer ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking an Interior Designer in our Southfield studio and will involve collaborating with our Design team to deliver exceptional design outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative designer with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will have a proven track record of independently applying architectural concepts and leading investigation, evaluation, programming, and recommended solutions that best fit the client’s needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop creative interior design concepts that demonstrate a strong understanding of materiality, composition, and spatial experience Craft compelling design narratives and project storytelling that clearly communicate the vision and intent of each project Participate in and/or lead presentations to clients and project stakeholders, communicating design ideas in a clear, confident, and professional manner. Prepare polished presentations, diagrams, and client-facing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop. Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation, model Revit families, and generate Enscape renderings directly from the Revit model. YOUR EDUCATION & SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited program with minimum 5 years of experience Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and FF&E Previous experience working in commercial, multi-family, higher education, workplace, or retail Experience creating high-quality visualizations and renderings using Enscape and Lumion NCIDQ licensure and/or LEED accreditation are considered assets.
