Our successful candidate will be responsible for these main objectives: · Supporting our Sales staff and Design Group with your Design work · Working with residential and commercial clients developing interior finishes, space layout & design for each project · Completing initial concept drawings and 3D renderings Using Revit or Chief Architect; develop Construction Documents utilizing our CAD software. · Support the Titus team by documenting all Selections via Job Tread What you will do: Work on interior design projects (90% residential, 10% commercial)Collaborate with Client on design processDirect all selections and client finishes, fixtures, lighting, space layoutProvide construction drawingsSupport Sales with 3D presentation materialsCreate and deliver presentations to clientsTravel to on-site design and coordination meetings as neededMaintenance of displays and product offerings in our in-house Selections Center; source new product linesReport to the Design ManagerWork Location: Office setting; occasional travel to nearby job sites for meetingsSchedule: Full Time, Monday through FridayWork Remotely NoProfessional portfolio required? - yes · To be considered, please apply with a resume, Interior Design/Drafting portfolio and cover letter detailing your Work experience.
