Interior Designer

Summary of Responsibilities The Interior Designer contributes from the design to build of high-end home renovations and projects. Responsible for executing the design and planning agreement and will be a key point of contact throughout the process. Perform site measurements and visual analysis of project homes to ensure projects are clearly understood and meet clients' expectations. Create... conceptual drawings, renderings, and revisions based on client and design team’s input. Essential Functions Working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of design work Assist with floor plan development and produce conceptional drawings for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces Utilizing necessary physical and digital tools to create initial drafts Accurately measuring interior spaces Preparing, planning, and running showroom visits with clients Assisting clients and team members by making finish selections, approving selections, and managing the ordering and delivery of them Writing cabinet orders and verifying all final production details Point of contact for finish material ordering, purchasing, and samples Ensuring design specifications are NKBA, manufacturer, and code-compliant Education, Experience, and Skills Required 4 years of industry experience with 3+ in residential remodeling Degree preferred or equal experience within industry NKBS, ASID or other certifications a strong plus Expertise with design software 2020 Design, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or other Chief Architect and/or 2020 software proficiency a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel, and Word Compensation Performance based bonus Paid Holidays PTO Medical Insurance How to Apply Please submit the following to clay@zephyrrecruiting.com Resume Cover letter We have a formal recruiting process and have a relationship with Zephyr Recruiting LLC, whom we use for the screening and hiring process.
