The Opportunity This is a hands on creative role for someone who loves design, has a great eye for styling, and wants to build a career in the luxury home staging and interior design industry. You will work directly alongside the owner and design team learning the art of high end vacant home staging while contributing to our marketing and brand presence. What You Will Do Assist with staging and interior design merchandising at luxury properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Style and accessorize rooms to model home standards under the direction of our lead designer. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management. Represent the Staged To Sell & Rooms by Design brand with professionalism and pride at every property. Schedule Monday through Friday. Hours vary based on installation schedule. Minimum availability from 9am to 6pm. No weekends Compensation Competitive hourly base with uncapped commission potential Performance-based bonus plan Compensation reviewed after 60 day probationary period based on performance. What We Are Looking For A minimum of one year experience in home staging, residential interior design, visual merchandising, or a related field. A genuine passion for design and an eye for styling beautiful spaces. Physically able to lift and move furniture and work on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Proficiency in professional design tools is a strong plus. Organized, reliable, punctual, and a true team player. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. What We Offer Varies based on skill level and experience. Starting pay base per hour with performance bonuses.
