Job Summary We are seeking a Friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented Showroom Associate/ Designer assistant to join our amazing team in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design who excels in both creative collaboration and behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll work directly with our senior designers to bring projects to life while ensuring all logistical and administrative elements are handled with precision. Great entry level position for someone who wants to grow and build a career within a fast growing company. Compensation: - Competitive salary based on experience. ($45,000 - $50,000) Creative & Client-Facing: Assist in preparing design concepts, floor plans, and mood boards Source and document materials, fixtures, and finish selections Help prepare client presentations and walk-through packets Support & Coordination: Greet Customers, Schedule appointments and Answer phones Organize material spec sheets and manage vendor communications Research pricing, availability, and technical specs for products Maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, and email communication Be involved in internal group chats and assist with client updates Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide informed recommendations including leveraging AI.
