Our showroom is a one-stop destination for high-quality flooring, furniture, home accessories, wallpaper, fabric, and custom window treatments. We are looking for a talented, design-savvy individual to join our team and bring exceptional customer experiences to life. Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Interior Design Showroom Consultant to assist clients in selecting products and designing home interiors that reflect their style and needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and experience with a range of interior products including flooring, furniture, wallpaper, fabric, and window treatments. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmthProvide design consultations, helping clients choose coordinated products for their spacesOffer expert knowledge on flooring, furniture, window treatments, wallpaper, and accessoriesManage sales transactions and follow up with clients from start to finishMaintain showroom appearance and merchandise displaysRequest vendor quotes, and create estimates and proposalsProcess orders, manage project files & assist with schedulingMonitor, track, and follow up on progress of orders and purchases to ensure accuracy and timelines are metStay updated on design trends and product knowledgeQualifications: Background in flooring or interior design preferredStrong knowledge of home décor products and flooring a plusExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyProficiency with design software or Quickbooks is a plus We Offer: Competitive hourly wage (Part-Time) or salary plus commission with PTO (Full-Time) PositionEmployee discounts on productsOngoing training and professional developmentA supportive and creative team environment How to Apply: Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and any relevant portfolio work to info@everythinghomecharleston.com.
