Territory Sales Representative – Hospitality & Interior Design Las Vegas, NV Hybrid $85,000–$90,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $120,000+ Potential Are you a sales professional with experience in hospitality, interior design, luxury furnishings, textiles, commercial interiors, or relationship-based B2B sales? Our client is a nationally recognized company serving the hospitality and design industry and is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow an established Las Vegas market. This is an opportunity to work with some of the top hotels, resorts, restaurants, casinos, hospitality groups, interior designers, architects, and purchasing professionals throughout Las Vegas and surrounding markets. This is not a high-volume cold calling role. You will inherit an established territory and focus on building relationships, growing existing accounts, and becoming a trusted resource for clients and design partners. Responsibilities Manage and grow an established Las Vegas territory Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, hospitality groups, hotels, resorts, restaurants, casinos, and commercial clients Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and through networking Consult with clients on projects and provide design-focused solutions Present products and concepts to design and purchasing teams Manage client relationships from initial consultation through project completion Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience Experience in interior design, commercial furniture, textiles, fabrics, flooring, window treatments, contract furnishings, or architectural products Experience working with designers, architects, purchasing groups, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or commercial clients preferred Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills Professional presence with the ability to work with executive-level clients Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently Must live in the Las Vegas area Compensation & Benefits $90,000–$100,000 base salary Uncapped commission $120,000+ earning potential Hybrid work environment Established territory and customer relationships Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for growth with a respected national organization Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds in: Interior Design Sales | Hospitality Sales | Commercial Furniture | Luxury Furnishings | Textiles | Fabrics | Contract Furniture | Flooring | Window Treatments | Architectural Products | Building Materials | Design Consulting | B2B Sales If you enjoy working with designers, hospitality professionals, and clients who value quality, creativity, and service, this is an opportunity worth exploring. #EHS3 Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
