Position Summary We're searching for an organized, proactive, positive person who enjoys variety and loves making things happen behind the scenes. You'll become the organizational backbone that helps our Creative Director stay focused on design while ensuring projects continue moving forward smoothly. No two days will look the same. One morning you may be organizing client selections and responding to emails. That afternoon you may pick up cabinetry hardware, coordinate deliveries, visit a job site, or prepare slides for a client presentation. Responsibilities Project Coordination Keep project schedules updated Coordinate vendors and subcontractors Schedule site visits and meetings Track project milestones Prepare client updates Follow up on outstanding items Organize digital project files Administrative Support Respond to client emails Prepare proposals and contracts Organize estimates and invoices Maintain CRM and project software Manage calendars and appointments Assist with bookkeeping preparation Purchasing & Errands Pick up design materials Source samples and finishes Coordinate deliveries Return products when necessary Organize inventory Visit local vendors and showrooms Design Support Assemble presentation boards Organize material libraries Assist with design documentation (2D floorplans &/or 3D renderings) Prepare specification sheets Photograph completed projects Help prepare social media and marketing content Client Experience Interact in client meetings Keep communication organized Help coordinate installations Ensure clients feel informed throughout the process Qualifications We're more interested in attitude than years of experience. Ideal candidates are: Highly organized Strong skills for calendar management & project management Stylish and extremely warm & professional Excellent communicators (must learn or know Google Workspace) Self-starters Detail-oriented Calm under pressure Comfortable driving around the Salt Lake and Park City areas - A LOT Excited by inspiring spaces, wellness, luxury real estate, interior design and trend Experience with any of the following is a bonus: Interior Design Millwork Construction Real Estate Google Workspace Adobe Creative Suite AI / Claude / Gemini Canva Squarespace Revit SketchUp AutoCAD Chief Architect Studio Designer Buildertrend Houzz Pro Compensation Part-Time Role (15-20 hours/week) $25-$30/hour OR Full-Time Role (35-40 hours/week) $30/hour $62,400 annually includes paid vacation.
