Interior Design Project Manager Location: Chestnut Hill, MA Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior design project management Compensation: Based on experience and credentials Kristin Paton Interiors a high-end residential interior design firm seeking a Project Manager with a passion for design, organization, and client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 3 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions Maintain accurate project documentation and records Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design project management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Drawing experience in CAD, Revit or Sketch Up Proficient in project management software (Design Manager is a plus) and Google Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
