About this role
ABOUT US
We are a boutique interior design and architecture firm in Littleton, Colorado. We are not a massive, nationwide company — and that is entirely intentional. Our team is small, our projects are meaningful, and every person here plays a direct role in shaping the work we deliver to clients.
You won’t be lost in a system. You’ll have real ownership, direct client relationships, and the satisfaction of seeing your project management expertise make a visible difference from day one. If that sounds like the environment where you do your best work, read on.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in interior design or architecture to lead projects from programming and schematic design through construction documents and project closeout. You will be the linchpin between our design team, clients, consultants, and contractors — keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and on-brand.
This is a full-time, in-office position requiring a consistent 45-hour weekly commitment. Active project phases demand full engagement, and we need someone who can reliably show up and deliver.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
✓ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program
✓ Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an interior design or architecture firm — not just design experience, but true PM responsibility
✓ Revit mastery — you must be confident working in Revit throughout all project phases. This will be evaluated during the interview process
✓ 5–7 years of combined experience in interior design or architecture
✓ Availability to work 45 hours per week, reliably and consistently. Please do not apply if recurring outside obligations would make this difficult to commit to
WHAT YOU’LL DO
— Manage multiple interior design and/or architecture projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout
— Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
— Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating clear communication and expectation-setting throughout each project
— Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving
— Produce and review construction documents, specifications, and submittals in Revit
— Conduct site visits and field observations as needed
— Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain design intent through every phase
WHO YOU ARE
Beyond the technical qualifications, the right person for this role has a few specific qualities that matter a great deal to us:
— You bring a positive, solutions-forward attitude to work — every day, not just on easy days
— You take feedback as a professional gift, not a personal critique. When something needs to change, you adjust and move forward — no lengthy justifications, no defensiveness, no relitigating the decision
— You understand that in a small firm, everyone’s role matters and everyone’s attitude is contagious. You choose to make yours a good one
— You are organized, self-directed, and accountable — you don’t need to be managed, you need to be given direction and trusted to execute
— You genuinely thrive in a boutique environment where you wear multiple hats and have real impact, rather than wishing you were somewhere bigger
