Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager in monitoring progress, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate daily site activities and expedite risks/delays promptlyPrepare site reports, inspection records, and progress updatesLiaise with clients, landlords, and building management on access/approvalsCoordinate subcontractors and on-site teams; conduct safety inspectionsPerform quality checks on workmanship and materialsAssist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordinationSupport project handover and ensure all deliverables are metRequirementsDiploma/Degree: Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgt or related1 - 2 years experience in project coordination, interior fit-out, or constructionStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of site safety practicesProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Willing to work on-site and travelDeadline-driven, independent, and proactiveConfident with clients, contractors, and managementHands-on and accountable#J-18808-Ljbffr
