As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and builders to create unique kitchen and bath designs that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow business and increase revenue. • Collaborate with customers to understand their design goals and objectives, providing expert guidance on product selection and installation. • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and preferences, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust. • Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services. • Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 60 hours of NKBA professional development programming or equivalent technical degree. • 3-7 years of industry experience. • Advanced computer-aided drafting skills, salesmanship, verbal communication skills, and design presentation skills.
