Interior Design Operation Manager House Sprucing | Carrollton, TX House Sprucing is a full-service interior design firm specializing in thoughtfully curated homes through new construction, remodels, furnishings, and styling. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and design-minded individual to join our team as our Interior Design Operation Manager This role is ideal for someone who loves both the operational side of interior design and the creative energy of a fast-paced showroom environment. The right candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, dependable, visually creative, and thrives managing many moving pieces at once. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects, showroom, deliveries, and installations run smoothly while helping maintain the elevated client experience House Sprucing is known for. Responsibilties Purchasing & Order Management Place and manage orders for all client design projectsTrack vendor acknowledgements, invoices, and order confirmationsMaintain organized records of all purchases and client itemsCommunicate timelines, delays, and shipping updates to the design teamCoordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and logisticsFile and manage all furniture, lighting, and accessory claims Inventory & Warehouse Management Oversee incoming deliveries to the House Sprucing warehouseLabel, organize, and track all client inventory and product whereaboutsMaintain accurate inventory systems and improve operational workflowsCoordinate logistics and scheduling for project installations and deliveriesProcess incoming showroom accessories and merchandise Showroom Operation & Merchandising Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the showroomMerchandise and style showroom displays seasonally and as inventory changesAssist with styling client homes during installations and photoshootsWelcome clients, walk-ins, and vendor representatives during business hoursServe as a point of contact for vendor and brand representatives Product Sourcing & E-Commerce Source accessories, décor, and styling pieces for projects and showroom displaysAssist with maintaining Shopify product listings, inventory, and pricing updatesHelp curate a cohesive and elevated showroom assortment aligned with the House Sprucing aesthetic Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and follow-throughAbility to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyInterest in interior design, styling, merchandising, or home furnishingsExperience with purchasing, inventory, logistics, or showroom operations preferredShopify or inventory management experience is a plusProficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves organization and operational efficiencyHas a strong eye for design and visual presentationEnjoys both creative and administrative responsibilitiesTakes ownership and initiative without needing constant oversightThrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentIs dependable, positive, and solution-focused Position Details Full-timeIn-person position based in Carrollton, TXCompensation based on experienceTo apply, please send your resume and a brief introduction about yourself and why you’d be a great fit for House Sprucing to hello@hsdesignteam.com
