Job Summary Sales & Showroom Manager (Branch Manager) – Panel Décor | Las Vegas, NV Panel Décor is seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Showroom Manager to lead our Las Vegas branch. This role combines sales leadership, showroom management, and team performance coaching. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional in-showroom experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily showroom operations Drive personal and team sales performance Train, coach, and motivate sales staff Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee client consultations and project follow-ups Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to exceed goals Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $2,700 per month Personal Sales Commission: Retail sales: 6% B2B/Partner sales: 4% Installation Services Commission: 5% of gross installation revenue Commission on Team Sales: 2% Customer Satisfaction Bonus: $100 for achieving a minimum of 10 five-star reviews per month Sales Targets Personal Monthly Sales Target: $30,000 Monthly Branch Sales Goal: $90,000 Branch Performance Bonuses $50,000 in sales: $150 bonus $60,000 in sales: $300 bonus $70,000 in sales: $700 bonus $80,000 in sales: $1,200 bonus $85,000 in sales: $2,000 bonus $90,000 in sales: $3,000 bonus $100,000 in sales: $4,500 bonus Qualifications Proven experience in sales and team leadership Strong communication and closing skills Ability to manage a team and drive performance Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Experience in showroom, retail, or design-related sales is a plus Why Join Panel Décor?
