The INTERIOR DESIGN INTERN will work alongside designers and architects on a broad range of projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all phases of interior design, contribute to drawings, space planning, material selections, and support construction documentation. Enjoy a personalized experience with one-on-one mentorship from principals and senior designers, bridging academic studies with real-world professional practice through a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing interior design drawings, space planning and FF+E selections Create presentations and contribute to design concepts and material selections Collaborate with designers, architects and project teams on active projects Support construction documentation, detailing and specification writing Participate in design collaboration, client meetings and team discussions Required Qualifications Enrolled in a CIDA-accredited interior design program Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) Experience in Enscape (desired) Benefits & Perks Hybrid work model that supports both in-office and remote environments Flexible schedules to balance work and academic commitments One-on-one mentorship with principals and senior designers Valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world setting with an emphasis on continuous learning
