Interior Design Intern

Position and Job Duties: During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced design team and contribute to various aspects of the interior design process. Your roles and responsibilities are listed below: Job Responsibilities: • Assist with Design Development: Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for client projects. • Material and Finish Selection: Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project specifications, client preferences, and budget constraints. • CAD Drafting and Rendering: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts. • Documentation and Project Coordination: Aid in the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. Assist in coordinating with vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. • Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and inspire innovative solutions. • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the design team and studio manager, including file organization, data entry, sample pick ups and scheduling meetings and appointments. • Photo Shoot Assistance: Provide administrative assistance surrounding photoshoot coordination.
