This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse interior spaces by transforming client visions into functional, aesthetically compelling environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in design principles, technical expertise in CAD or other tools. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential projects, including space planning, color schemes, and material selections. Create detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction details using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings to visualize design ideas effectively for clients and team presentations. Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
