Interior Design Drafter - AutoCAD & Revit | Denver, CO Working Style: In-office with a work-from-home day weekly and flexible Friday hours Are you an interior design professional who thrives on the technical side of the industry and takes pride in producing precise, detailed construction documentation? We’re partnered with a respected design firm seeking a Technical Interior Design Drafter to play a key role in the production and documentation of high-end model home and multifamily projects. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD and understands how to translate design intent into accurate, coordinated, and buildable construction documents. In this role, you’ll be heavily involved in the technical development of projects, creating and refining detailed drawing sets, developing plans, elevations, details, and documentation, incorporating redlines and revisions, and ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated, and ready for construction. The ideal candidate understands the importance of consistency, organization, and attention to detail throughout the documentation process and is comfortable working within established standards and deadlines. You’ll work closely with designers, project teams, and other project stakeholders to take projects from design development through construction documentation, helping ensure that the final drawings accurately communicate the design while meeting the technical requirements necessary for successful execution in the field. Qualifications Proficient Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360 in an architectural or interiors field – 3+ years of experience Must be capable of completing a 100% CD drawing set in both AutoCAD and Revit Ability to manage multiple projects and help problem-solve Good interpersonal skills and effective working in a team environment Self-starter with drive to pursue continued education on all Autodesk products and related technologies Passion for design technologies Exceptional work ethic with the highest standard of conduct from self and others Service-oriented and highly approachable with commitment to helping others Extremely detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Competitive Annual Salary + Full Benefits Package Excellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees, including a wellness week for employees.
