Our team specializes in creating thoughtfully curated interiors that blend style, comfort, and functionality. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who enjoys working directly with clients, developing creative design solutions, building relationships within the community, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do Client Design & Sales Conduct in-home, condominium, and showroom design consultations.Develop furniture layouts, space plans, design boards, and client presentations.Source furnishings, décor, fabrics, rugs, lighting, and accessories.Create personalized design solutions that align with client goals, lifestyle, and budget.Prepare client proposals, quotes, and invoices.Guide clients through the design, purchasing, delivery, and installation process.Identify opportunities to enhance projects through complementary furnishings and accessories.Showroom & Merchandising Assist showroom visitors and provide exceptional customer service.Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising presentations.Stay current on furniture, fabric, color, and design trends.Source products and solutions beyond showroom inventory.Business Development & Marketing Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, builders, and local business partners.Conduct weekly outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.Participate in marketing initiatives and community networking efforts.Collaborate on social media content creation and engagement.Assist with maintaining online product listings and digital marketing initiatives.Project Coordination Coordinate delivery and installation schedules for clients.Participate in project installations and final client presentations when needed.Maintain organized project documentation and client communications.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and service expectations.Qualifications Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of interior design, furniture sales, home furnishings, or related experience.Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, color coordination, and design principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design-related software.Comfortable using emerging design technologies and AI-powered tools to create room concepts, furniture layouts, and client presentations.Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, rendering software, Shopify, or similar visualization and marketing platforms is preferred.Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.CompensationThis position offers a combination of base pay and commission.Expected first-year earnings are typically between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on experience, sales performance, and project volume. Our commission structure is uncapped, and designers who build a strong client base and generate repeat business have the opportunity to earn $65,000+ annually.
