JOB RESPONSIBILITIES From attending design consultations and project meetings, programming, space planning, job site visits, finish and furnishing selections, design presentations, vendor coordination and pricing, recording specifications, to attending and managing design installations, client relations; we pursue the highest level of completion for every task. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who works as part of our team, blends seamlessly into the Krista + Home culture and realizes there is no task too big or too small for someone to roll up their sleeves and help out. Reflecting our Company attitude and service, our Designer will work with the team to coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants. Clear, efficient communication is essential in this role as the Designer works on multiple projects simultaneously. We are passionate about all things design, so being ready and open to special projects involved in client management is the kind of adaptability we are searching for in our next Interior Designer. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Degree in Interior Design Professional: 1-5 years of work experience in Residential Interior Design Technical: AutoCAD Expertise required. Photoshop, 3D rendering a plus Multi-tasker: Balance multiple tasks and projects at once, in a fast-paced environment Client-focused: Customer service and/or client interaction experience Teachable: Quickly learn new processes, procedures, and user interfaces Experienced: Hands-on renovation and new-construction job site experience. Previous professional office experience, especially in a start-up culture, is a plus. Communicator: Communicates clearly and effectively Autonomous: Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines Mobile: Must have a working vehicle for office & client-related meetings Location: Must be commutable to Palm Beach Gardens Fun: Desire to work hard…and play hard
