Job Summary
Raegan Ford Design is a rapidly growing, nationally recognized interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and Greek housing projects. Known for our elevated aesthetic and large-scale installations across the country, we design spaces that are both highly functional and visually impactful.
We are seeking an Interior Designer with a strong focus in FF&E design and curation—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is energized by seeing projects from concept to installation.
This role is ideal for a designer who is both creative and execution-driven, with the ability to balance design vision, technical documentation, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
With oversight from design director, take ownership of FF&E design projects: schematic design, design development, design presentations, specifications
concepts, selections, and cohesive design narratives across multiple projects
Translate design intent into detailed furniture packages aligned with budgets, timelines, and client expectations
Produce floor plans and elevations in AutoCAD to support space planning and design execution
Prepare and manage FF&E specifications, proposals, and vendor coordination with a high level of accuracy
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Procurement to ensure seamless execution from design through installation
Participate in and contribute to client presentations, clearly communicating design intent and selections
Support and attend project installations, ensuring the final outcome aligns with the design vision
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support sourcing, pricing, and lead time management
Take ownership of deadlines, proactively problem-solve, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects
Experience
3+ years of interior design experience, with a strong emphasis on FF&E
Proven experience developing furniture packages, sourcing, and specifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD (speed and accuracy are essential)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Degree from an accredited Interior Design program
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Occasional travel required (approximately 4–6 projects per year for installations)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
