About Us We are a busy, fast-growing residential interior design studio looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, creative Interior Design Assistant to join our team. This is an in person position. If you have a passion for aesthetics, love organization, and want hands-on experience in the design industry, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Material & Sampling Sourcing: Pull, organize, and catalog fabric, tile, paint, and furniture samples in our design library.Project Preparation: Assist in building mood boards, client presentations, and material decksProcurement & Admin: Help track orders, prepare pricing and proposals, coordinate with vendors/trades, log specifications, and manage client communication or data entry.On-Site Support: Attend site visits, installations, or photo shoots as needed.The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Qualifications Currently enrolled in or graduated from an Interior Design program or equivalent hands-on experience (Preferred).Exceptional eye for detail and organizational skillsReliable transportation for local vendor runs or client site visits.Excellent communication and organizational skills.The ability to multitask, prioritize, and forecast.Self-motivatedJoin us in shaping beautiful interiors that blend creativity with functionality!
