Interior Design - Assistant Project Manager (Mid-Level) / Junior Project Manager

Job Summary Our interior design studio, based in Miami Beach, is growing, and we're looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team. This is a dynamic position requiring versatility, autonomy, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Support projects from concept development to final installation Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and layout solutions Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design packages. Produce technical drawings, detailing, and millwork drawings Select, specify, and schedule FF&E, finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and custom elements Research materials, furnishings, and products while sourcing and specifying vendors and manufacturers Prepare purchase orders and assist with procurement, including reviewing proposals, shop drawings Profile Requirements Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable Creative with a proactive mindset and strong ability to take initiative Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory) Proven experience in interior design project management or a related role with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members What We Offer Immediate start Contribution to health insurance coverage Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-end residential projects If you are passionate about interior design and eager to grow within a creative and demanding environment, we would love to hear from you.
