Interior Design Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to join our creative team! Duties Assist with interior design projects from concept to completion Source furniture, décor, fabrics, and materials Coordinate appointments with clients, vendors, and contractors Assist with project scheduling and follow-ups Help with mood boards, presentations, and basic design layouts Run local errands for project needs Maintain organized records of projects, orders, and invoices Contribute to lighting design and selection, incorporating principles of color theory Participate in renovation and remodeling projects by assisting with site visits, measurements, and material selections. Collaborate with the team on contract preparation, client proposals, and project documentation to ensure seamless project flow. Coordinate and assist with onsite installation and styling of design projects Manage social media pots, stories and engagement. Requirements Knowledge of interior design fundamentals. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with sales or design is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
