About this role

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer at Process Home located in Dallas, TX. The Interior Designer Assistant will support design development and execution across multiple projects. This role will assist in sourcing, schematics, and presentations while growing within the company. Employee Responsibilities · Assist with fabric pulls, sourcing, and material selections · Create schematics, drawings, and design presentations · Support active client projects and design development · Prepare specifications and organize project details · Assist with custom upholstery and furniture design · Maintain organization across multiple projects Required Education Associate’s degree in Interior Design or a related field; or equivalent years of related experience in lieu of degree Required Skills & Experience · 0–2 years of interior design experience · Basic understanding of materials, fabrics, and furniture · Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar · Detail-oriented and eager to learn · Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Normal office environments, extended periods of sitting/standing or typing at a computer are required.Willing to work some evenings and weekends if necessary. Moderate lifting may be required, up to 50 lbs. Must be able to commute between separate work locations as needed with reliable transportation.This is considered an On-Site position. This role is based at the Process Home showroom in Dallas and works on-site in additional Dallas-area locations regularly.
